Woolrich Woolen Mill

In 1830, John Rich built his first woolen mill in Plum Run, Pennsylvania.  From his mule cart, he sold his quality fabrics to loggers, miners, rivermen and hunters.  By 1845 he expanded the mill and moved it to what is now Woolrich, Pennsylvania.

Woolrich is the longest continuously running woolen mill in the USA and their pride is woven in as true today as it was yesterday.
