Orders placed during weekday business hours will be filled as soon as possible and forwarded to the mail room for immediate shipping to you, the customer.
Orders placed after hours will be filled the next business weekday.
If for some reason your order can not be filled, you will be notified immediately by phone or email. Your order can then be placed on hold or you can request a refund for part or all of your order.
